	Tony Scott -  Founder and Managing Director of retail spa. Tony has spent 20 years in Brand Directing, Business Unit Management, Merchandising and Store Distribution /Trading -working at George Clothing, S’porter and peruna. His experience  of managing large departments across a wide variety of product areas has given him a wealth of knowledge on brand management, product merchandising, stock  control and forward planning. 	Jan Gill- HR . As an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development, Jan has extensive experience in all areas of HR gained from working in small, medium and large organisations. In running her own HR business for a number of years, she has developed excellent relationships with a variety of franchises and companies based on high levels of credibility, trust and delivery. With an MBA qualification, Jan can support your business on numerous HR areas including employment contracts, staff handbooks, employment legislation updates, recruitment, disciplinary and grievance procedures, absence management and redundancy.
	Thomas Floate - Website development and online marketing. The internet and websites have always been a huge passion of Thomas. Having grown up in the computer age and been inspired by the DOT.COM boom of the late 90’s – it was at this time that he learnt how to avoid some of the classic mistakes of website development and online marketing. Thomas has over 10 years experience developing and designing websites that produce results for businesses. His goal is to help as many businesses as he can evolve from an unproductive, uninspiring, static website to one that grows, evolves and delivers huge value to their business.  He is passionate about helping businesses create websites that actually WORK and generate sales for businesses 24/7.e.
	Stuart Allen – Sourcing and Quality Management. Stuart has 25 years experience in Technical Management for Retail and Manufacturing Companies including peruna, George Clothing and Samuel Eden and Son. ( including 15 years in Technical and Production positions). He has travelled the world within the role of technologist and has an extensive knowledge of manufacturing environment in the UK and overseas. Stuart’s quality skills can help your business in 3 key areas.(a) The sourcing of new suppliers for quick response and lower prices in all areas of garment and accessories.(b)Setting up  of quality management systems to improve quality and social compliance standards.(c) Introduction and improvement of Quality Control procedures in the factory and warehouse ,trouble shooting  and quality AQL checks abroad or in the UK.
	Tracey West – Performance coaching, leadership development and team building. Tracey has spent 16 years in the retail sector, a decade in retail operations and a further 6 years in training and development. Her background in leading teams in a variety of retail environments has given her a deep understanding of the challenges of motivating teams during good and bad times and the importance of engaging people so they are loyal to a common goal. Tracey brings a practical and personal approach to her work, combining an appreciation for commercial reality alongside a passion for ensuring that each individual is set up for success.
	Dera Bradford – Store Design and Planning. For the past ten years Dera has been working in Retail Design and Visual Merchandising – carrying out projects throughout the UK and Eire. Projects have focussed on creating lifestyle environments and visual merchandising strategies for fashion retailers,furniture and homewares. Clients include AIS,  EZ living furniture and Homevalue group.  Prior to this, Dera worked for George Clothing – managing the developement of Visual Merchandising and model layouts for all fashion departments.
